The Greater Garden Valley area Chamber launches its new website!　 Today has been a long time in the making from the Chamber’s humble beginnings in Beth Shuman’s new coffee shop now Wild Bills Bistro and with about 7 local business owners wanting to get together and figure out how to promote the area.　 Beth had enticed us to come to the meeting with a 12 pack of beer. It doesn’t take much in a small town to get us running. From that lucky number 7 only a couple of us are still members, but boy has the membership grown! At last count we have well over 100 members, and we are continually adding more members.  We endured a lot of growing pains along the way, but are pleased with the number of new members as well as how the new website has turned out.

The Chamber meets once a month on the third Thursday at the Crouch Community Hall for a quick general meeting featuring progress reports on programs. It provides an excellent opportunity to network with friends and business associates.
